Dr. Matias attended the 25th ISBNPA Annual Meeting in Cadiz, Spain. There she presented a poster showing how intuitive eating measures correlate with wellbeing and other mental health indicators among college students. She also enjoy Spanish food, including many tapas!
Our findings on how volunteering in the campus gardens promoted wellbeing among college students during the COVID-19 pandemic were presented at the Interamerican Congress of Psychology (CIP for its initials in Spanish) that took place in the beautiful city of San Juan, Puerto Rico.
